For just £2.50 per member plus an initial set up fee we are able to provide the following complete package:

Membership Management

  • Provision of a hosted specialist membership database
  • All current data converted and imported in to the new database for staff and current members including payroll
  • Initial and periodic cleansing of data against the Gone Away Suppression File (those who have moved house) and The Bereavement Register
  • Web access for staff (eliminating the need for client software)
  • Established pre-defined annual reports designed to satisfy Monitor’s reporting requirements
  • Permanent access to an on-line reporting tool allowing for new or pre-defined reports to be created against the database at any point in time
  • Management reporting facilities allow for data to be segmented by category. E.g. age, socio economic group, location
  • Full correspondence history with members is available
  • Complaint handling, service feedback, resolution and outcome recording  

 

Membership Recruitment

 

  • Pages added to an existing website will allow members to join and amend their details
  • New member joins are instantly checked against the Postal Address File to ensure data accuracy
  • All hard copy application forms are entered on to the database by data entry specialists
  • Call centre facilities for members to join and amend their details over the telephone
  • Facilities to allow mass email recruitment campaigns
  • Ability to prepare mail campaigns to the householder from the Postal Address File 
     

Ballots

  • Provision of appropriate data for the running of ballots in conjunction with the Electoral Reform Society

 Event Management

  • Full event management module
  • This module can store event history and set up templates so events can be run annually with the minimum of hassle
  • This module can be used for the management and administration of all trust events
  • Full history log allows those who have attended previously to be invited again or a link made in order to invite those who have an interest in an event

 In addition to the services offered above we are also able to offer supplementary services which aid with membership management and recruitment.
