Web Editors

These editors form the core of any Visage web site. All our software is Internet based, all you require is a connection to the Internet. There is no special software to install and software updates are done for you by Visage. Page Editor

The page editor changes the content of web pages on your site.  Pages on your published site are wrapped in designed templates provided to you by Visage (or your own designer).  The page editor is a full graphical program giving you word processor control of your page content.  It has a complete toolbar based interface for creation and placement of pictures, videos, tables and hyperlinks.     This page (and web site !) is completely created using Visage software.  

Multimedia Editor

Provides for the management of non HTML digital files (PDF, office, video, audio etc).  Viewing rights can be restricted to declared groups.  As original content changes the source files may be replaced without altering their URL to maintain hyperlink integrity.  New multimedia files can be uploaded and inserted  as hyperlinks in pages, forms and newsletter editors

Picture Editor

The Visage picture editor provides full online manipulation of your images. Includes sizing, image effects (rounded corners, borders etc). Even provides a cropping facility !

If you want to completely replace the source file for the image you can and it automatically updates where ever it has been published on the site.

URL Editor

The most under utilised asset on most web sites are links to other web site content. Our URL editor allows you to manage this links in the context of your site menus. Makes for simple integration of multiple sites under your site umbrella.

Forms Editor

Forms are extended web pages that allow you to collect data from visitors to your web site. Forms can be used to collect survey data, record customer sales enquires or collect any information from visitors to your website. Visage forms have all the normal edit functions of a Visage page to allow you to create the layout content you require (including pictures and hyperlinks). The atwone form screen has an additional toolbar that allows you to define form content.

The last button on the form builder toolbar opens the Data Manager. The Data Manager lists all data that has been submitted from your web site using the current form.

You may also download all of the data that has been collect by the form into a spread sheet file (csv) by clicking the download button at the top of the data list on the left side of the data manager screen.
